Shipping policy
At checkout, customers select and pay for their preferred shipping method and carrier.
Once your package has been handed over to your chosen shipping carrier, we no longer have control over the order and cannot be held accountable for its whereabouts or the delivery timeframe.
If you have any concerns about the whereabouts of your order, please do contact us. We will do our best to follow up with your shipping carrier. In some cases, we may need to refer you to the customer service department of your chosen shipping carrier for further assistance or to file a claim.
When will my order ship?
Clutch Supply LA typically ships orders within 1-3 business days. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or major holidays. Orders may be delayed if additional verification is required.
During special events, high order volumes may cause shipment backlogs. As a result, you may experience slight delays in order delivery following a drop date, sales event, or holiday period.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you can track it using the link provided in your order confirmation email.
Please note that USPS may issue service alerts for postal facility disruptions caused by weather-related and other natural disasters, special events, or other factors impacting service. These alerts typically appear on a red bar at the top of your tracking page. Please allow additional time for the final delivery of your item when these alerts are in place.
My order shows delivered, but I did not receive it. What are my next steps?
If USPS was the shipping option for your order and they have marked your order as delivered, there are steps you need to take to investigate the issue. USPS uses technology to scan items at the delivery point, providing the exact date, time, and location of delivery.
If your package is not there and you cannot track it down with a neighbor or a friend or family member who may have brought it in without your knowledge, you will need to file a claim or postal inquiry with USPS.
If it has been over 24 hours since the 'delivered' status was posted on your tracking, you can expedite the process by sending a service request email to your local Post Office facility for follow-up. You will receive a confirmation number and a contact within 2-3 business days.
Address Corrections & Return Mail
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Clutch Supply LA will NOT assume responsibility for the cost of re-shipping orders that are "returned to sender" due to an inaccurate or incorrect address, failure to pick up the package, or if you have moved. These orders are not subject to cancellation as all sales are final.
Customers will be responsible for the shipping charges to re-ship the returned order to the correct address. A shipping invoice will be sent to initiate the process of sending your order back out to you.
International Shipping Information
We currently offer USPS and UPS as shipping options. When checking out, you can choose your preferred carrier and delivery options. Delivery times usually range from 10-15 business days. However, please account for an additional 1-2 weeks for customs and inspections in some countries.
Total shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of your package. To ensure seamless delivery, always provide your phone number and email address when placing your order. We or USPS/UPS may need to contact you regarding your order or delivery.
Are duties or customs fees paid when I place my order?
Duties, taxes, and customs fees are NOT included in the shipping fees. Clutch Supply LA is not responsible for any duty or customs fees that may incur. If you choose not to pay these fees, the package will be sent back to us, and only the cost of the product will be refunded.
Please note that your parcel may be delayed by customs. Customs and import fees must be paid by the recipient to continue delivery. We recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges before placing your order to avoid surprises when your package arrives.
Does Clutch Supply LA ship to P.O. boxes?
At this time, only USPS shipping is available for delivery to a PO Box.
